      Pros

      Pay, the supervisors are all pretty good people as long as you show up and do your job.

      Cons

      Union Job means starting with low seniority and bouncing from department to department and shift to shift. Lots of hours. Sometimes 7 days a week.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
