      Pros

      The good things were lost in the 2008 strike.

      Cons

      Long hours, on and off lay-offs, management does not value the employees, they never fix broken machines, there is no safety, dealing with covid has been a joke

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
