      UAW union makes sure employees get decent pay, vacation, and they cant make you work more than 2 saturdays in row

      can be very hot depending on your department

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
