      Pros

      Updated policy allows for casual attire in workplace (jeans, etc.)

      Cons

      Closed door policy even though they say it's open door, it is not. Not open to change, lacks diversity, only cares about senior level leaders that have been with the company for 10+ years, believe in command & control style leadership, very political, lacks strategy, etc.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
