      Publicly traded company that feels like a family owned company. Great people with the ability to grow in your career.

      Cons

      Systems are outdated and company relies heavily on excel spreadsheets for all data tracking and reporting.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
