      Pros

      Union gives you job security/protection that you can’t get in a at will employee setting. Excellent/cost effective health insurance.

      Cons

      Not knowing if you have weekends off till late in week if you even get it off.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
