They lied about the future of the plant saying it was stable but several products were being moved to Mexico and several were just going away. The plant was always short handed. Salaried employees were often running parts because there wasn't anyone else. The plant ran 7 days a week and all of the managers were expected to either be in the plant or at least on a web meeting every day. Even on your days off you were likely to get calls, texts, or emails.
