      Lots of Overtime, not much else

      Cons

      Forced to run multiple machines often on opposite sides of the plant, frantic every day, unpaid 30 minute lunch, no work life balance all you will do is work, very Harsh points system for Attendance

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
