Supportive management but high employee turnover - System Engineer Davidson Technologies Employee Review

Davidson has great pay, benefits, and culture. I appreciate the overall good leadership and environment.

They are a defense contractor, so they suffer from the usual cons.

Pay is good. Small company is great compared to the large ones. They care about doing quality work. Many get-together events. Leadership seems to be very transparent and wants to learn. Good values system.

Doesn’t seem to have a large variety of contract types. Mostly software focused. Not as much hardware.
