People with zero experience are commonly and repeatedly hired/promoted over veteran employees due to nepotism and upper management giving handouts to their friend's kids. This is frustrating for experienced employees who already feel undervalued due to recent comments by the former President that unless an employee is direct, they are a drain on the company. One sentence made the entire indirect staff, who had been cut to the bone and doubled up on work responsibilities with no more pay than before, feel like they were not only not valuable, but a detriment to the company. Not good for making people look forward to coming to work everyday and slaying dragons for you.
