Company with many diverse employee locations is managed in a vacuum back at Huntsville. Little to no input is sought from employees located in other locations. Especially when it comes to decision that affect those employees from the other locations. Dental benefits could be better and health benefits are from Huntsville location only which can lead to issues. Too many senior management have fled in the past year and a half which causes one to wonder about the future.
