Pros

Great therapists especially in kids program.

Cons

Significant understaffing and competent support staff, due to poor management and major budget/deficit issues... this effects patient care and turn over with Dr's and therapists leaving. No electronic system. Ancient, time consuming, ineffective record system, with no quality assurance staff, and inaccurate/inefficient data tracking/scheduling database.
