Pros

Flexible schedule. Beautiful campus. Some great employees/coworkers.

Cons

Too many people try to run the show. Admin does not care about patients or the staff. They cut corners for financial reasons. Raises are a joke and you have to stay on top of your own productivity. Benefits are expensive. No room for growth if you're not a physician. Attempts at policy changes/improvements are met with resistance.
