Management tends to fluctuate and be inconsistent, this leads to a very severe staffing shortage. Sometimes can be very over worked, along with upper management not hiring for positions. Also is a very cliquey type atmosphere. Can be hard to fit in depending on a multitude of factors making it a stressful work environment.
