Across the organization, employees support critical industries, customers, and missions, and that creates a strong connection to purpose. The people here care about doing good work, supporting one another, and representing the company well. Like many established companies, there are areas where processes, systems, and tools can continue to evolve. The company is complex, and experiences can vary by business unit, location, and team but I really don't have a bunch of cons to list, I love it here.
