In addition to the HR department, employees have access to local, on-site ethics officers, as well as an anonymous hot-line where they can raise concerns. No matter which avenue employees choose, their concerns are promptly investigated and appropriately addressed. Diversity is one of our core values, and our leaders and the HR team work hard to ensure an inclusive workplace where everyone can do their best work.
This characterization of the work environment at Day & Zimmermann is very different from how most people would describe us. Our recent company employee engagement survey indicates that our people value the teamwork and cooperation they experience at D&Z, and cite the safe and respectful work environment we’ve created as a positive aspect of working here. We have high but reasonable expectations for our people and look to them to hold themselves and each other to high standards. Good performers with that sense of personal accountability will always thrive and grow at Day & Zimmermann.
