Pros
Working at Ceridian makes me feel like my work truly matters. It isn't just the company that makes you feel this way, it's the leadership. You cannot beat the feeling of working for a company whose leadership team wants each and every individual to succeed and will bend over backwards to make sure you are in a role where you can come to work each and everyday being the best possible version of yourself. At Ceridian, I don't feel like I have to keep my work and my personal life completely separate because we have programs and policies that make my work life better through flexibility and work-life blending.
Cons
Although I don't view it as a con and think it is rather exciting - you have to be ready for change and growth in this company. We are an evolving company and looking for individuals to go through that journey with us.
