Pros
1. The new hire/onboarding process is very well organized. There's a plethora of well-constructed training content, development plans, and support mechanisms from the team. 2. World class culture. A lot of organizations talk about culture and it's always hard to know what one will experience when joining a new company. I hadn't really known how a 'good culture' would manifest itself, but now that I'm at Ceridian, it's clear that the culture is would class. At Ceridian, I think the culture is realized by the combination of the working dynamics with peers and leadership, the actual work being performed, and the way the company treats and supports employees (i.e., communication, comp, benefits, flexibility, etc.). 3. The people. This is probably another factor that is a bit vague and hard to anticipate before joining a company, but the people at Ceridian are genuinely happy, engaged, and seem to stick around!
Cons
I can't really think of any although I'm sure there will be things that could be better.
