Operations Managers with less seniority can be subject to change in shifts. Honestly this is not really a con I am just writing something in here because glassdoor requires something in this cell. If you do not understand how the trucking industry works, and that it requires working late-night/early-morning shifts, then you should not be working in the trucking industry.
