Decent work culture, Poor raises - Customer Profile Specialist Dayton Freight Employee Review

Make sure you get a good starting pay level, they will tell you the raises are good. They are not, no matter how good your performance review. I never saw it in management, but was personally offended by several coworkers. There is not a great system for raising these concerns.
