      Decent pay, benefits and workplace setting.

      Cons

      Constant turnover. Layoffs despite hiring. High pressure, demanding, ongoing push for student enrollment numbers. Students are money. Politics. No integrity. Upper management are only concerned with their positions. The wrong people get promoted for the wrong reasons, while others who work hard are not recognized for their efforts.

The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves
