Pros

Onboarding process gives an opportunity to meet key people. Engineering staff spend time in production to see how the product is built. This will provide all of the tools for a successful career at Dezurik

Cons

Have not seen any bad things yet. Some Hardware shortages due to Covid. Onboarding was like a tidal wave of information.

Had a very hands on experience with NetSuite, Product management and building my technical and analytical skills at DeZURIK. The culture was friendly, with colleagues and supervisors who were approachable, helpful and willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Personally, had no opportunity to continue a full time position. That is the only con for me everything else was great.
