Pros

They have great onboarding with an dedicated HR department. Everyone is very friendly, and while there is a lot to learn, many are willing to help you through the growing pains. The DeZURIK culture is positive, focused on safety, and there is an emphasis on employee welfare. The compensation seems fair as well.

Cons

Accruing vacation can take a while, which limits your PTO in the first months working for the company. The health insurance is a high-deductible plan, with an HSA. I would prefer a low deductible plan.

Pros

Had a very hands on experience with NetSuite, Product management and building my technical and analytical skills at DeZURIK. The culture was friendly, with colleagues and supervisors who were approachable, helpful and willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Personally, had no opportunity to continue a full time position. That is the only con for me everything else was great.

Cons

Didn't get a lot of work. You have to push to keep things moving.
