Pros

A very friendly company that has a track record of success. You can tell by how long most employees stay here that there is a respect given to everybody from top to bottom. Also, in a larger work force each team member is given a clearly defined specialized role which helps create both individual and company growth. Coming from a previous competitor, and after being here for a month observing how things operate, it is clear why Dezurik is notches above the rest.

Cons

The winters sound brutal in Minnesota. With it being so large, it also is a little challenging to try to get to know everybody.

Pros

Had a very hands on experience with NetSuite, Product management and building my technical and analytical skills at DeZURIK. The culture was friendly, with colleagues and supervisors who were approachable, helpful and willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Personally, had no opportunity to continue a full time position. That is the only con for me everything else was great.

Didn't get a lot of work. You have to push to keep things moving.
