Pros

There arent many pro's to speak of.

Cons

Management does not communicate with each other or floor level employees, Supervisors will lie to your face, Rumor mill is worse than high school, Benefits need you to pay $1500 out of pocket minimum before they'll do anything, Floor supervisor will lie to you and then try to lie his way out of trouble when you call him on it only to fire you when he cant.

Pros

Had a very hands on experience with NetSuite, Product management and building my technical and analytical skills at DeZURIK. The culture was friendly, with colleagues and supervisors who were approachable, helpful and willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Personally, had no opportunity to continue a full time position. That is the only con for me everything else was great.

Other employees were always ready to help. Not a very stressful work environment. Flexible hours - if you get your work done.

Cons

Didn't get a lot of work. You have to push to keep things moving.
