The managers are horrible. No two ways about it. They are almost all incompetent, backstabbing, unhelpful, disorganized morons. If you're good at your job, expect to be given more and more work at no additional pay until you break. Meanwhile your manager will lounge in the office, occasionally coming out to micromanage and criticize you about things they have little to no understanding of. My branch had 4 people get hired and quit within a few weeks due to the general incompetence of how this company is run. Their solution to understaffing is to have people do the work of multiple people until they burn out. Coworkers were fine, pay was ok, job itself was decent, but the utter ineptitude and unreasonableness of management makes this place horrible to work at.
