Pros

Good pay and many good coworkers. You can make additional money if you take extra on call duties. The company has good values.

Cons

Many of management are new and have no knowledge of the industry. They cant keep help and as a result the person in charge knows less than some of their employees. Frustrating for the employees to not have an understanding what the goals to advance are. Cant believe upper management cant see what is going on.
