- Leadership has a good head on it's shoulders - Lots of opportunities to expand your skills - The team is full of smart, capable people - We have a clear and ambitious plan.

Cons

This is a startup, so you never know exactly how things will turn out. I'm very optimistic about the future for Deako.

Start up so lots of moving parts and growing pains but nothing you couldn't handle.

Work culture is good if you're on the right team.

Cons

Poor management, they will make up reasons to not give you a promotion, you are isolated to your team as they do not have anything to build a bond between teams.
