Pros

So much room to grow! I love working with such amazing and talented people. I trust the leaders of the company 100%. My experience here has been incredible and the amount of responsibility given to me was flattering. Deako has definitely been the most transparent company I have ever worked for and always put their employees first.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but if you aren't proactive and a self-starter you will struggle here.

Amazing work life balance Felt valued by all my colleagues even the CEO Company Culture was inclusive and warm Pay was great for job title

Cons

Start up so lots of moving parts and growing pains but nothing you couldn't handle.

Work culture is good if you're on the right team.

Cons

Poor management, they will make up reasons to not give you a promotion, you are isolated to your team as they do not have anything to build a bond between teams.
