Honest, Open, competitive pay. Deako gives you the freedom to grow and learn in your career. You'll need to be a self motivator but that is a good thing in my opinion. Work hard and no one is breathing down your neck.

Cons

Deako is a fast growing company so at times it's hard to focus. Lot's of moving parts and learning.

Start up so lots of moving parts and growing pains but nothing you couldn't handle.

Poor management, they will make up reasons to not give you a promotion, you are isolated to your team as they do not have anything to build a bond between teams.
