Pros
- Awesome team culture, even for WFH employees - Good money, as long as you work hard to hit your quota - Amazing sales training program and ramp up period... you can really feel management is there for you and wants to help you improve, so even if you don't have previous sales experience, they set you up for success - Quick promotion process (I was promoted to AE within 6 months from starting as SDR)... as long as you hit your quota - Super fun team and group of people to work with! - CEO and upper management are very hands on
Cons
- NEED to have a strong work ethic... definitely not for anybody that wants a quick and easy check - Newer company so you have to be flexible with the changes they make (which can be abrupt), but ultimately management hears your concerns out and they do want the best for their employees and customers
