Pros
Work from home (for CS) Unlimited PTO (although this can be unrealistic due to lofty quotas)
Cons
I worked at DearDoc for a couple years, and I feel it’s important to share my experience. The company has a pattern of deleting negative reviews, which is concerning. I have personally written a review in the past that is no longer visible. DearDoc misleads both clients and employees. The sales team is pressured to use aggressive, often deceptive tactics to close deals. Many customers are promised services that don’t align with what’s actually delivered. Refunds are nearly impossible to get, even in cases where the company fails to provide what was sold. The internal culture is just as problematic. Executive Leadership is disorganized, unprofessional, and prioritizes profits over people. Middle Leadership is unqualified and are forced to agree with whatever C-suite says. There’s high turnover because employees are overworked, underappreciated, and given unrealistic or unclear quotas and metrics. If you voice concerns, you’re either ignored, gaslit, or pushed out. If you’re considering working here, be aware that the flashy culture they advertise is surface-level. If you’re a potential customer, read the fine print carefully and don’t expect transparency. Would not recommend.
