Pros

DearDoc is a place where salespeople can really earn. The comp plan is uncapped, the pipeline is strong, and the sales process is dialed in. You’re given clear expectations, great scripts, and a proven system - you just have to show up and execute. There’s also a strong culture of internal promotion. I started as an SDR and moved to AE within 8 months. Leadership pays attention to performance and rewards consistency.

Cons

If you’re not coachable or can’t handle feedback, you won’t last. This is a sales org with high standards.

Thank you so much for this phenomenal review—and for capturing exactly what makes the sales culture at DearDoc such a powerful and rewarding experience. Your words speak volumes about not only what’s possible here, but also about the mindset it takes to thrive—and we’re genuinely grateful to have team members like you who bring both excellence and perspective to the table. We’re thrilled to hear how strongly you feel about the earning potential at DearDoc. Sales is one of the most critical engines of our company’s growth, and we believe that the people doing that work deserve to be compensated fairly—and abundantly—for their results. Having a strong pipeline, a proven process, and an uncapped comp plan is just the beginning. We’re proud that our system is built to reward effort, consistency, and follow-through—and your success story is a shining example of that. Your mention of “clear expectations, great scripts, and a proven system” is music to our ears. We’ve worked hard to create a sales environment where high performance isn’t left to chance—it’s supported by structure, training, and continuous coaching. When you show up, put in the work, and remain open to learning, the results speak for themselves. We also appreciate your recognition of our commitment to internal growth. Watching team members rise through the ranks—like you did from SDR to AE in just 8 months—is one of the most fulfilling parts of what we do. We believe strongly in promoting from within, and we actively look for those who consistently show drive, grit, and a willingness to grow. Your journey is a testament to what’s possible when talent meets opportunity, and we’re so proud to have been part of your path forward. Your “cons” section couldn’t be more honest—and accurate. This is a sales org with high standards, and we don’t shy away from that. Feedback, coaching, and a growth mindset are part of the everyday experience here, and we fully recognize that this isn’t the right environment for everyone. But for those who are hungry to improve and can take feedback as a gift, this is a place where careers can truly take off. Lastly, thank you for your advice to management. Continuing to refine and invest in sales enablement tools is a top priority for us, and your suggestion about enhancing data and insights to tailor demos more effectively is exactly the kind of forward-thinking we value. Insight from the front lines is essential to shaping our tools and strategy, and your voice makes that vision stronger. We appreciate your hustle, your transparency, and your commitment to growing with us. Thank you again for your contribution to the DearDoc sales team—you’re not only helping us grow revenue, but also raising the bar for what’s possible in this organization.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this organization, they scam local business's, having pending lawsuits over it, purposefully hire young newly grads who don't know better, taking advantage and its sad. If your fresh out of college and wonder how lucky you are to have gotten this job, just know, your not lucky, its exactly what they want. The owner says his grandpa was a dermatologist and thats why he needs to benefit healthcare. This is the scariest part. The company re sells technology they DO NOT OWN at a scarily marked up price tag to business's that lack the knowledge to know better. The sale is a one call close, they teach you to pressure people to the point of making them hangup. It's a really scary thought that this company exists.

Cons

For anyone looking to work at this company, do not. For anyone that has worked for this organization, knows what is going on, and keeps showing up, look at yourself in the mirror. How do you want to remember your life and legacy? Your better than this.
