      Pros

      Your freedom is highly appreciated. You are strongly encouraged to play sports. You can join any project that you like. You can propose your ideas easily and quickly. Lot of Internal training courses are available, basically no barrier for you to learn.

      Cons

      No robust process built. Lack of guidelines. Need improvement in infra-structure at remote embassy offices. This place is NOT for those experienced (5+ years).
