Pros

- salary (as a student, I have never found another part-time job from which I could earn the same amount of money) - young and lively environment - only a couple of days for the training, then they want you to learn while working - flexible schedule, good distribution of working hours (5 hours x 4 days a week) - possibility to work during the weekend (might be a con, but as a student it was a huge plus, also because the hourly salary is higher)

Cons

- chaotic and quite useless group interview... but maybe I was just very unlucky with the interviewer! - working during the weekend (see pros also) - they let me know that my contract was not going to be renewed only on the last day of work... they could have told me a little sooner - for seasonal sales assistants (which is what I was... had they told me so when I was signing the contract, I wouldn't have expected them to renew my contract at the end of the 3 months) : they don't really care whether you know about sportswear or not. You have to learn by reading the descriptions of the products by yourself. When you get to deal with more demanding clients, they immediately realize you don't know what you are talking about... and it's quite frustrating! (I had specified in my application that I had knowledge about swimming and fitness equipment, but I was sent to hiking and skiing area...)
