Pros
Flexibility - Company is very flexible with scheduling and easy to talk to about time requests. They communicate well and will tell you in advance when they need you. Culture - Workplace culture is very rewarding. The company has many locations with different diversities that form a family of hard working, caring individuals. I never feel like a separate entity from the company even though I am new and temporary help. This is an amazing introductory for me into the business world because I get to do a little of everything and learn how a company plans, organizes, and carry out everyday tasks. There are much more available opportunities here to focus on specific job experiences. The company will push for you to grow and build the career foundation you desire to pursue. Upper Management - The CEO, Director, and upper management professionals have influential characteristics that drive workplace ambitions and relationships. They collectively make decisions for the company reflecting the values of the people who work there. Overall, if you are a social person who appreciates shared interests and values, this is a great place to start. If you desire to work for the government but do not know where to begin, I recommend checking out their company.
Cons
Locations - They have few locations and some are difficult to travel to. In the beginning, it was difficult to determine the best way to avoid traffic, navigate roads, and learn about other ways of transportation. However, the company was very helpful with providing me with information regarding the best way to get to work.
