Silos Teams need to increase friendship more It is hard to get recognition and grow from inside The team can have some inner conflicts and the leading are not fully in charge

Amazing company to work for especially if you never have worked in the trucking industry. Great to be able to work remotely Great that we get 3 weeks of PTO, 6 sick days and 4 personal days per year and get to bring 1 week over if you don't use all three weeks.
