Pros
The people there are like a second family. Deco is a long lived zinc factory with a big future ahead. They had benefits and would have holiday gifts and get-togethers and retirement parties.
Cons
Sometimes some employees were absent leaving more work for the ones that would show up to work that shift. Also it could get frustrating if a machine(s) were to break down and we needed to get the parts completed and out the door to the customer.
