There was no training. Upon arriving me and another new girl were thrown into the line. There are 10-15 boxes behind us and we go though a rotation of all those boxes 11 times. I had trouble finding the boxes and I often looked to the wipe board in front of me for the numbers, but was often told we were not going in that order today. The order on the wipe board did not change. Often paintline would have to be stopped to show new people how to hang items or help them find boxes. We would get ahead only to have me or the other new girl slow the line down by looking for another box. It was a total mess that left me feeling stupid.
