Pros
Management was typically hands-off...which can also be a con. Salary was good for the location. Working directly with and for the customer was great.
Cons
Too many to list...know your salary worth/requirements beforehand. Hiring manager will low-ball offer. PTO earned does not track or align with what is actually accrued based on start of contract. Nature of contract prevents customer from directly providing feedback-they rely on conveying good/bad to company who is then assumed to be sharing with employees. Don't count on it.
