They are very caring about your personal life and they definitely treat you like family. They pride themselves on being different in their industry and I truly believe that they are.

The support staff is outstanding. You will always feel you have the full support of the company. They make an effort to keep you informed and make sure you feel included as an employee.

Cons

I don't really have any cons for DTI. It's a job, not everything is perfect but for the most part this company really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. There was a fair amount of paperwork but I don't think it was too burdensome.
