Pros

No Pros, nothing beneficial, they don’t promote, no salary increases.

Cons

Low salary. They tend to fire previous employees that was getting paid more and hire new folks with no experience in security, all in the name of cutting budget. They take on Pennies contract just to over work employees. HR is the worst of them all! FYI just know once they start putting you on meeting call with HR, you will be fired soon. No job security. My advice, if you can do multiple jobs please do it! (Even though they don’t allow it, who will know, it’s remote. Keep your head down) Relying on DeepWatch as one job can put you in a bad situation. I bet the CEO hardly knows what is going on inside his company, since all they care about is winning pennies contract and overloading employees. Poor Splunk management

Pros

Working hard to turn around the culture. They are very transparent about past RIFs and future business outlook. Compensation and benefits are great!

Cons

No true onboarding or 30/60/90 day plan. This gives people autonomy to make the role their own, but can be scary since there’s been so many layoffs and not much seems to be documented when you’re a new hire.

Pros

The people here are amazing! I'm surrounded by brilliant team members who lift each other up and help everyone learn. There's also great cross team collaboration. Leadership is communicates openly and honestly and genuinely values employees. There are also ample opportunities to grow your career here. So far, it's been a very refreshing place to work.

Cons

There's no 401k match right now, but leadership seems to recognize the importance of bringing it back and is working to make it happen. Comp is slightly lower than industry peers, but the ability to make a difference in your daily work is valuable.
