Cons
Medial benefits are poor, 401K matching is the bare minimum required by law. Sometimes they think about the end state and working towards that which has the possibility to miss certain steps because it is not identified as a key step in working towards the desired end state. The end state is not always fully fleshed out and identified. ~ Salary may be low and based on your location ~ Must submit a monthly expense report to get reimbursed ~ "Flying the plane as we build it"
