Pros

The immediate managers are great. Tools are rad, coworkers are wizards. The platform they have is the best Ive worked with. Thwarting bad guys, and catching red teams is a good time. The clientele list is massive and makes for interesting events.

Cons

The pay is pretty low compared to the market. Company would rather lay off and rehire than give meaningful raises. Despite the "Wear Multiple Hats" startup mentality, they don't really foster their analysts to be more. Additionally, they are pretty bad at utilizing people skillset effectively, if you don't fit the DW analyst mold, you'll either burn out, or get laid off.

Pros

Working hard to turn around the culture. They are very transparent about past RIFs and future business outlook. Compensation and benefits are great!

Cons

No true onboarding or 30/60/90 day plan. This gives people autonomy to make the role their own, but can be scary since there’s been so many layoffs and not much seems to be documented when you’re a new hire.

Pros

The people here are amazing! I'm surrounded by brilliant team members who lift each other up and help everyone learn. There's also great cross team collaboration. Leadership is communicates openly and honestly and genuinely values employees. There are also ample opportunities to grow your career here. So far, it's been a very refreshing place to work.

Cons

There's no 401k match right now, but leadership seems to recognize the importance of bringing it back and is working to make it happen. Comp is slightly lower than industry peers, but the ability to make a difference in your daily work is valuable.
