Pros
It’s a paycheck, some of the regular owners are nice. Not too hard of a job. They’re really aren’t any pros that I can think of
Cons
Management is terrible, I’ve seen 8-9 managers come and go in the 7 years I have worked here. No real direction. Management will hire anyone to fill a space, whether they have experience or not. No training available. Just really poor management
