Accounting Technician - Accounting Technician Defense Finance and Accounting Service Employee Review

Poor management, poor employee morale, illegal things such as harassment is tolerated at this workplace. Training is the worst, I literally read a book for my first six months there. Long-time employees refuse to pass on knowledge. Technical skills are focused on too much with lack of focus on communication skills, leadership, and critical thinking; I would not recommend this organization to anyone!
