One of the key improvement areas in 2024 is focusing on improving our GRID platform. These initiatives include increasing GRID’s platform capabilities so that workloads within the CTS Operations is reduced greatly. In 2023, our CTS Operations team achieved the largest increase in employee engagement survey scores.
