You get paid vacation for all school holidays - weeks at a time. Benefits are awesome. I’ll miss the insurance.

Cons

Management across the board lacks the ability to communicate. Everyone has a superiority complex. Understaffed and underfunded, unless you’re in administrative faculty.

Pros

Great work environment, a lot of the workers are very knowledgeable and never minded making sure I understood everything even though I was just an intern. Sometimes even giving me challenges to make sure I was paying attention to details and taking in the advice and knowledge over the time I was there.

Cons

I can’t really think of any cons, everyone was very nice and considerate. They made sure I had what I needed and taught me what I didn’t know yet.
