Pros
The Time Off is Epic; most of the people are great; the benefits are good, the quality of the product is good
Cons
Promised that I would be promoted to Dean if I got a Masters -- I spent a lot of time & $ to get my MBA but was never promoted despite having the best metrics of all of my collegues; President said he's always availble, "open door" but if you try to talk to him you get in trouble; Always got outstanding reviews on performance evals until I worked for one particular Dean, then he gave me a negative review because a customer complained about him and I reported it to a higher up. I complained to HR of retailiation and was told it was unfounded. After that I could get no traction. He was the VP's Darling boy and could do no wrong even though HE didn't produce the results, I did. I worked there 13 years -- I would have left after 6 but I had personal financial commitments & I couldn't afford to leave. As soon as I could afford it, I quit.
