Pros
It's a contracting role, so it's what you make of it. My rep doesn't bother me with quarterly reviews or lots of questions but is always there to answer questions and provide insight in to new opportunities.
Cons
It's a contracting role, so the benefits aren't great, but they'll get you by. Had a rough time getting my payroll account sorted out after I accidentally locked myself out, but I think that was more on the payroll vendor than Del Oro.
